WHAT WAS THE CHALLENGE?

In June of 2017, a Style Encore came to us upon deciding they needed to make a marketing change. They’d partnered with another agency and had been down all year. Knowing our reputation for both innovation and friendly service, they looked to us for help turning things around.

 

 

what did we do?

We completely restructured their paid search campaigns—allowing for greater control across all product categories and search intent. These campaigns aimed to capture the “hand raisers” on Google who indicated interest in our offerings based on their search terms. We made sure our ad copy matched their search intent. To supplement increased brand awareness and drive incremental brand search we also implemented a targeted display campaign within the Google Display Network.

With renewed confidence the client believed they might be able to break even YoY if our results continued. We continued to optimize both the paid search and display campaigns each week and, by the end of 2017, the store was up 15% YoY!
