WHAT WAS THE CHALLENGE?

One of our long time Plato’s Closet clients opened a Play It Again Sports store in 2015. Because they were new to the brand, they needed marketing guidance for promoting their new business.

 

 

what did we do?

We created a custom marketing plan considering the store’s specific offerings and the sports relevant to the surrounding area. Through continued dialogue with the client we were able to develop a highly customized plan accounting for both seasonal and regional trends in the inventory we needed to promote. This allowed us to ensure our ad dollars were spent in the appropriate product categories during the appropriate times of year. As inventory matured and offerings changed, so did our marketing plan.
